Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. blueberries or other fruit
Method
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Do not mix too well. Leave slightly lumpy.
- Makes 10 to 15 pancakes.
