Ingredients
- 3 cantaloupes, chilled
- 2 c. fresh blueberries
- 2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/4 c. grenadine (optional)
- 2 tsp. lime juice (fresh)
- 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- mint leaves
Method
- Cut cantaloupes in half.
- Combine blueberries and strawberries.
- Pile lightly in cantaloupe halves.
- Chill at least one hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Makes 6 servings.
