Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Stir constantly.
- Combine all ingredients (except Cool Whip) and cook over medium heat until smooth and thick.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- When cool, add 1 cup Cool Whip and refrigerate.
