Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 small thinly sliced red onions
- 1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 1/2 c. prepared Italian salad dressing
- 1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix well. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
