Ingredients
- 1 box of lime or lemon jello
- 1/2 c. grated cabbage
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Drain pineapple, save juice. Mix jello according to the box using the pineapple juices as part of the cold water. Allow to chill about 30 minutes. Add a capful or 1/2 tsp. vinegar.
