Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves. Gradually add to nonfat dry milk, stirring constantly.
- Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish.
- Freeze until firm.
