Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Kahlua
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 largest size Cool Whip
- 2 large pkg. chocolate chip cookies
Method
- Spray a spring-form pan with Pam or very lightly wipe
- pan with cooking oil.
- In a bowl, mix together the Kahlua, milk and vanilla.
- Mix 1/4 cup Kahlua mixture into Cool Whip.
- Divide chocolate chip cookies into thirds.
- Dip 1 cookie at a time, very quickly into the Kahlua mixture and layer bottom of pan. Divide Cool Whip into thirds and spread 1/3 over the first layer of cookies.
- Layer a total of 3 layers of dipped cookies and Cool Whip, ending with Cool Whip.
- Freeze.
