Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/2 c. pitted cherries
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Method

  • Mix the cream cheese and cream.
  • Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Combine fruits, pecans and sugar.
  • Stir cream cheese-mayonnaise mixture into fruits.
  • Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream.
  • Pour into freezing tray.
  • Freeze in refrigerator freezing compartment without stirring.
  • Serve on lettuce, garnished with cherry halves or pecan halves.
  • Makes 8 to 12 servings.
