Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1/2 c. pitted cherries
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Mix the cream cheese and cream.
- Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Combine fruits, pecans and sugar.
- Stir cream cheese-mayonnaise mixture into fruits.
- Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream.
- Pour into freezing tray.
- Freeze in refrigerator freezing compartment without stirring.
- Serve on lettuce, garnished with cherry halves or pecan halves.
- Makes 8 to 12 servings.
