Ingredients
- 1 lb. cranberries, ground up
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together cranberries (crush in food processor or blender), pineapple and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- Add marshmallows, whipping cream and nuts.
- Mix well and freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Before serving let set at room temperature 15 minutes, cut into squares and serve as side dish or salad.
