Ingredients

  • 1 can Water chestnuts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1/4 c. Onions, minced
  • 3/4 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp Chicken bouillon mix
  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd chicken
  • 2/3 c. Evaporated 2% lowfat milk
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Soya sauce
  • 1 x Egg

Method

  • SAUCE: Combine 1/3 c. honey, 1/2 c. ketchup, 2 tb soya sauce and 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr.
  • Cook in small saucepan till warm and bubbly.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix lightly to blend.
  • Grease 12 muffin c. and fill with mix.
  • Press down firmly in each c.. Bake 35-40 min in a 350 F oven.
  • Serve with honey garlic sauce.
