Ingredients
- 1 c. strawberries
- 1 orange, peeled and halved
- dash of salt (optional)
- 1/2 c. crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered
Method
- Place fruit and salt in a blender and puree.
- Combine puree with 1/2 cup of finely crushed ice or add ice cubes to the puree in the blender and blend until the cubes are crushed.
- Use your imagination and use any combination of fruit.
- Makes 2 cup servings.
