- STEP 1 INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- STEP 2 INGREDIENTS
- 14 ounces cranberry sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 ounces chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Combine all step 1 ingredients together. Roll into 2" meatballs and place in baking dish.
- Heat step 2 ingredients in saucepan. Cook until smooth and pour over meatballs.
- Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with bow tie noodles and veggies. They're great cold too!
