Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
Method
- Drain oranges, reserving syrup.
- Add water to syrup to make 1 cup.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add measured liquid.
- Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Stir in oranges.
- Chill until set, about 1 hour.
- Makes about 5 cups (8 servings).
