Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Cook beef and onion together.
- Add mushrooms, soup and salt. Heat until bubbly.
- Add sour cream just before serving.
- This is good served over rice or wide noodles.
