Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. meat or cheese tortellini
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 5 to 6 plum tomatoes, chopped, or 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 red cabbage, chopped
  • 2 to 3 oz. Colby cheese, chopped
  • 2 to 3 oz. Swiss cheese, chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano (approximately)
  • 1 to 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Nature's Seasons
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle Kraft Zesty Italian dressing

Method

  • Cook tortellini noodles as directed on package.
  • Chop all vegetables and cheese up while noodles cool in fridge at least 3 to 4 hours.
  • Rinse noodles and drain.
  • Add vegetables and dry seasonings.
  • Mix salad with spoons.
  • Pour at least 4 to 6 ounces dressing to taste over salad and mix again.
  • May need to add more seasonings and grated cheese to personal tastes.
