Method
- In small bowl, beat egg white until frothy.
- Place sugar in shallow dish.
- Hold each cluster of grapes by stem and dip into egg white, shaking off excess egg white.
- Roll grapes in sugar until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate on rack until coating is set or overnight.
- Try grapes of different colors mixed to make table arrangement.
- Small clumps are attractive garnish.
