Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix hash brown potatoes, cottage cheese and sour cream together in casserole dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
