Ingredients
- 1-16 oz box salt
- 2 oz chili powder
- 2 oz ground red pepper
- 2 oz ground black pepper
- 2 oz garlic powder
- 2 oz accent seasoning
Method
- Rub turkey with seasoning inside and out (baste generously). Let turkey baste overnight in refrigerator. Fry at 250 for 5 minutes per pound. Do not cover pot.
