Ingredients
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (2 c.), drained
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Cook onion and green pepper in salad oil until tender, but not brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer about 20 minutes or until thick.
