Ingredients
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
Method
- Melt in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 375° oven the vegetable oil and margarine.
- In airtight bag, mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Dip chicken in oil, then shake in bag (no more than 3 pieces at a time).
- Place skin side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and melted margarine.
- Bake 45 minutes. Turn over and bake 15 minutes longer.
- (For crispier coating, cook longer.)
