Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 eggs (if small 3)
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 gal. oil
Method
- Cut cauliflower into small stem pieces.
- Boil in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain in colander.
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
- In a different bowl, beat eggs, then add milk and beat. Dip the cauliflower pieces into egg mixture and then into the flour.
- On high heat, prepare oil in frying pan.
- When hot, lower to medium and fry cauliflower pieces.
- When brown, remove and drain on paper towel.
