Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Make crust of graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of butter. Press into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
  • In a medium bowl, beat confectioners sugar and 2 sticks of butter.
  • Add eggs for 15 minutes.
  • Must beat 15 minutes.
  • Pour over crust.
  • Slice bananas over filling.
  • Put pineapple, other bananas and then cover with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries.
