Ingredients
- 2 tart apples (Granny Smith or Rome)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. water (may need more)
Method
- Peel and core apples; slice.
- Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
- Simmer apples in skillet until tender.
- Add water, if needed.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Mix together.
