- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
- Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides.
- Seal perforations.
- Bake 14 to 19 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
