Ingredients
- clean, fresh strawberries
- 1 baked pie shell, cooled
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Place strawberries in cool baked pie shell.
- In a saucepan stir the remaining ingredients.
- Cook until it boils and becomes transparent.
- Pour over strawberries.
- Cool in refrigerator. Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
