Ingredients
- 2 cartons sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. strawberry glaze
- 1 large graham cracker pie shell
Method
- With mixer, beat cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add Cool Whip and beat just until blended and smooth.
- Spread this mixture into the pie shell.
- Mix berries and glaze together and spread over cream cheese mixture in the pie shell.
- Refrigerate for about an hour and then serve.
- Delicious.
