Ingredients
- 4 c. celery
- 2 oz. chopped pimentos
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook celery in water and salt in a tightly covered pan for 5 minutes.
- Mix other ingredients and add to cooked celery.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Stir before serving.
- Garnish with cashews if desired.
