Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. peach jello
- yellow food coloring
- 6 fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 pie shell, baked
- whipped cream or Cool Whip
Method
- Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until it turns clear.
- Add jello and food coloring; cook until thick.
- Cool.
- Pour over fresh peaches in cooked pie shell.
- Top with whipped cream.
