- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1 (2 lb.) large pkg. cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 10 oz. Longhorn-Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. bag potato chips
Method
- Mix hash browns, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese and butter together.
- Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or dish. Top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
