Ingredients
- 8 to 10 fresh peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour, vanilla and egg.
- Peel and slice peaches.
- Place peaches in unbaked pie crust.
- Spread prepared icing over peaches.
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
