Ingredients
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Cut in Crisco; put water and egg in a cup.
- Mix together thoroughly.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Add vinegar.
- Mix well.
- Roll out to fit pie pans.
- Makes 5 to 6 pie crusts.
- Freeze dough that is not used.
