Ingredients
- 1 (6 or 7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli noodles
- 1/3 c. unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Method
- Cook vermicelli according to directions.
- Drain well.
- Set aside.
- In same saucepan, melt butter.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and vermicelli.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (3 to 5 minutes).
- Serve with green salad.
- Great summer lunch.
- Serves 6.
