Ingredients
- 6 c. assorted cut-up fresh fruit
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated rind
Method
- Mix sugar and cornstarch.
- Gradually add orange juice until smooth.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat; add lemon juice and grated rind.
- Cool.
- Fold in assorted cut-up fruit, drained.
- Pour into cookie crust.
- Chill 4 hours.
