Ingredients
- 3 cups assorted, seasonal fruit, cut to bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsps fresh ginger, minced
- 375 ml sweet white wine, like a Niagara
Method
- Combine wine and ginger in a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until reduced to about half. Remove from heat and cool.
- Combine fruit and cooled wine syrup, toss gently to mix.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
