Ingredients
- 2 large stalks broccoli, peel lower stems and cut into small pieces
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 onion, sliced into fine rings
- lemon juice (as desired)
- 1 medium cucumber, score lengthwise with a fork and cut into little chunks
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- salt to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients into large salad bowl.
- Douse with lemon juice.
- Marinate in refrigerator, then serve.
