Ingredients
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 parsley sprigs, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 16 fresh anchovies, cleaned and butterflied
Method
- Lay the anchovies on a platter. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Marinate the mixture in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
