Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 lb fresh ahi tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 fresh lemon juice

Method

  • Cut cucumber into half inch round pieces making look like little columns and scoop out the seeds being careful not to go to deep
  • Next dice up the tuna in 1/4 inch pieces adding little salt and pepper to taste and adding sesame oil to taste
  • Now dice the tomatoes in 1/4 inch pieces and now the avocado and use the lemon juice to keep it from turning brown salt and pepper to taste
  • Now put a little bit of tomato in the cucumber then avocado then tuna and then garnish with sprouts on top and drizzle the balsamic glaze and spicy mayo serve chilled
  • You can make this 30 min before your guests arrive just don't put the balsamic glaze or spicy mayo on till ready to serve to your guests
