Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 sq. melted and unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Method
- Mix butter, sugar, chocolate and vanilla.
- Beat in eggs at high speed for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Refrigerate.
- Serve with whipped cream.
