- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 12 cup black peppercorns
- 6 garlic cloves
Method
- In a food processor:.
- Pulse the black peppercorns to crack them.
- Add the coriander and garlic and pulse until chopped finely.
- Rub on the meat of your choice and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours to marinate.
- The rub may go on the grill with the meat or be wiped off is you feel it too peppery.
