Ingredients
- 8 to 10 large onion slices
- 8 c. hot water
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- In crock-pot, add ingredients.
- Bring to boil; turn down to low and let simmer 2 or 3 hours.
- Serve with croutons or French bread.
- Makes 10 servings.
