- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
Method
- Stir together first five ingredients in a bowl; stir in cheeses and pecans. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
