Ingredients
- 4 firm medium bananas
- fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
- oil or shortening (for deep frying)
Method
- Peel bananas and brush with lemon or lime juice to prevent discoloration.
- Dip it in egg, then in the corn flakes.
- Deep-fry in oil heated to approximately 375° for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel to soak up extra grease.
