Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
- 1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Mix all ingredients together using a spoon or fork instead of mixer.
- Pour into a slightly baked 9-inch pie crust.
- Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.
- Sometimes it bakes in 40 minutes.
- This can be baked and frozen for later use.
