Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. rice
- 1 medium head cabbage
Method
- Brown meat and onion. Drain well. Place meat back in pan and add soup, water and rice. Cook for 10 minutes. Cut cabbage in bottom of casserole and place meat mixture over. Do not stir. Bake, covered, at 350° for 2 hours. Uncover last half hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
