Ingredients
- 6 lb. cabbage
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix together cabbage, water and salt.
- Let stand at least 1 hour.
- Drain.
- Mix sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
- Pour over cabbage; mix well.
- Pack and freeze.
