Ingredients
- 1 gal. thin sliced cucumbers
- 1/3 c. salt
- 8 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
Method
- Cover cucumber slices with water; add salt and let stand overnight.
- Boil sugar and vinegar until it becomes thick.
- Let stand overnight.
- Next morning drain slices; wash and drain slices.
- Pour sugar and vinegar mixture over slices.
- Put in freezer boxes and freeze.
