Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. tiny chocolate bits
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg whites until foamy.
- Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff.
- Add salt and vanilla and fold in well.
- Add chocolate bits.
- Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased pan covered with foil.
- Place cookies in oven and immediately turn oven off.
- Leave in oven overnight.
