Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chocolate bits
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg whites and salt to soft peaks in small mixer bowl.
- Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
- Add nuts and chocolate bits; stir with spoon.
- Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased foil covered cookie sheet.
- Place in 350° oven, then turn oven off and forget for 3 hours or overnight.
- To remove, push up under foil.
