Ingredients
- 1 qt. cut up green beans
- 10 whole small onions
- 6 or 8 small whole new potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 qt. sour cream
- 1 whole plant dill
- 3 eggs
Method
- Cover beans, onions, potatoes, salt and vinegar with water. Cook until tender, then drain off half the water.
- Add 1 quart sour cream, dill and eggs and simmer about 5 minutes.
- Stir so egg whites and yolks break up and mix with beans.
- Simmer until eggs finish cooking or cooked fully.
- Take out dill and serve.
