Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. fresh berries (blueberries or sliced strawberries)
Method
- Mix the cornstarch and sugar.
- Toss with the fresh berries. Turn into pastry-lined 9-inch pan.
- Cover with top crust.
- Cut several slits in top near center.
- Seal and flute edge.
- Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes or until browned.
